ANNUAL TOWN MEETING – May 4, 2021

ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2021

OUTSIDE TOWN HALL
(CHANGED FROM BALLFIELD LOCATION)

There will be limited parking at Town Hall for those who prefer to remain in their cars due to Covid or health concerns.

Please email Loes Lem at elem@townofmtwashington.com if you plan to park at Town Hall where you will be required to remain in your car.

All voters parking at Town Hall should arrive and park their cars by 7:00pm to allow voters arriving on foot to easily pass through to the open area in the back.

All other voters are encouraged to arrive by 7:15pm to check in after parking on East Street, Cross Road or Plantain Pond Road.

Seating will NOT be provided. Bring your own chair if you prefer to sit.

All voters are required to observe social distanced protocol when standing in the open space behind the Church and Town Hall.

There will be a sound system, microphones and speakers to project to all voters in the open spaces and in cars. Flood lights will be turned on if it gets dark before the meeting ends.
