NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING
The Mount Washington Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to the provisions of MGL 40A s.5, on Wednesday, May 4 at the Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Road at 6:00 PM to consider the application of Manuel Rodriguez at 463 East Street to construct additions to his primary residence located at 463 East Street, as well as, a new garage and a swimming pool within 200’ of a stream. A Special Permit is required in accordance with sections 215-5C. 3, 4a and 4b of the Zoning Bylaw. The application may be viewed at the Town Hall, during the Town Secretary’s office hours. Any person wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated.
