Board of Health – Public Hearing – June 24, 2022

The Board of Health of the Town of Mount Washington, MA will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 5:45 PM at Town Hall in regard to a Failure to Comply with an Order to Correct, and extension of same, issued by the Board of Health on March 11, 2022 under 105 CMR 410.00 to the owner of 368 West Street, Mount Washington. The owner of the property is Lise Gottwald, 400 Palomino Trail, Ridgeway, CO 81432. A copy of the Order to Correct is available for inspection at Mount Washington Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Road, Mount Washington, MA 01258.
