The Mount Washington Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to the provision of MGL 40A, s.5 on Friday April 28 at the Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Road at 7:00pm to consider the application of the YMCA Camp Hi Rock at 544 East Street, Mount Washington, MA 01258 to rebuild and combine existing seasonal camper cabins. A special permit is required in accordance with section I. (13) of the Settlement Agreement between the Town of Mount Washington, its Building Inspector, Board of Health, Planning Board and Selectmen and Plantain Pond Y.M.C.A Camp Inc. and Central Connecticut Coast YMCA filed on January 27, 2011. The application may be viewed at the Town Hall during the Town Secretary’s office hours, and the Settlement Agreement may be viewed on the Planning Board page of the Town Website. Any person wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
