NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF FISCAL YEAR 2022 REVALUATION OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE TOWN OF MOUNT WASHINGTON
In compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 56, the Board of Assessors has completed a revaluation of all real and personal property in the Town of Mount Washington. Mount Washington has received Preliminary Certification form the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for all properties for Fiscal Year 2022.
Analysis of real estate transactions from January 2019 through December 2020, as well as regional data, was reviewed during the revaluation. The values were adjusted to reflect full and fair cash value as of January 1st, 2021. Generally, real estate values have increased 8% since Fiscal Year 2021.
The preliminary values will be available for public viewing beginning Monday September 13, 2021 for five business days ending Friday September 17, 2021. They can be accessed by clicking on this button:
